Good
coffee comes from fresh beans, roasted, ground and brewed within
a few days. It takes good water and the right grind, and people
who are passionate about the process.
The Phoebus Coffee House gets its beans from a local
supplier who imports, roasts and sends them to us the day after
we place our order.
To ensure that our customers receive the freshest and best
tasting coffee, we follow these simple - but important - rules:

We ensure that our whole beans coffees have been roasted within
10 days.

We grind our coffee beans just before brewing for all espresso
drinks.
YWe
only use freshly-made espresso shots poured within 10 seconds.

We steam milk to about 155º F and discard it if it has dropped
below 150º F. . . and never re-steam milk.

We use a timer to ensure that our brewed coffee is enjoyed
within 30 minutes.

We offer new coffees in season and highlight them on our menu.
