Our thanks

On a sunny Saturday in October, 2007. . . Phoebus Days, to be exact. . . we opened our doors and welcomed the world to a beautifully restored historic building for the first time.

From that first day, the smell of coffee brewing and goodies baking in the oven has been wonderful, not to mention the sounds of happy customers.

As you might expect with any new business, we've had our ups and downs. . . and every dish we've served may have been our best.

But through it all, you have shown patience, understanding and loyalty. . . and we want you to know how much that means to us.

First, we thank our customers in camouflage - the men and women who keep us free and were among the first to discover us - and the many, many others who've learned that our little coffee house is worth far more than just one visit.

Second, we thank our staff. . . those who do their very best every day to make this a place of good food, good drink, and good humor.

And finally, we express our deepest appreciation to those who helped turn a dream into reality and continue to support our efforts.  The list is long, but each has our gratitude for their faith in us.

We will not disappoint.  And we thank you all for making the Phoebus Coffee House possible.
